Chocolate Chip Banana Muffin
Hi, currently I'm on diet programme and bought some bananas for snacking. As there were some extras, I decided to turn them into muffins. Before we go to the recipe, check this out:
Muffin Pisang Coklat Chip Azlita Aziz
Serving: 9 large muffin cups
Ingredients:
140 gm butter
1 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 cups of flour (sift-ayak)
1 teaspoon of baking powder (sift-ayak)
1 cup of mashed banana
2 teaspoons of cocoa chocolate
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1. Prepare the pan and oven: Preheat the oven at 180 C. Prepare the cups and arrange them on the tray. Set aside.
2. Mix the wet ingredients: Mix the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla essence and banana until combine. Put aside.
3. Mix the dry ingredients: Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder together in a large bowl. Put aside.
4. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a spatula until combined.
5. Fold (add) in any mix-ins: Fold in chocolate chips gently until distributed.
Wallah, ready to eat!
