Baked Potatoes with Grilled Chicken Wings
For me, breakfast is the most challenging meal to prepare.
Sometimes I couldn't stand eating rice for breakfast because I definitely will
eat it in the noon. After quick peeps into the fridge, I decided to make
grilled chicken wings using recipe of Mummy's Nasi Ayam chicken with a bit of
alteration (I'm adding honey, girl!) .
For the baked potatoes, here the recipe I altered from izahdaut.blogspot.com. For
the potatoes (6 potatoes):-Clean the potatoes and boil them (without
slicing or peeling the skin). Boil them and pock a little using fork. Transfer
the potatoes into cold water once they almost tender.
For the filling: 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic,
chicken tumix, black pepper, salt, sugar, red chillies, spinach.
- Saute (tumis) the
chopped onion and garlic until smell nicely. Add other ingredients and finally
followed by chopped chillies and spinach.
For the baked potatoes: Potatoes, filling, fresh milk, butter, mozzarella cheese,
salt.
-Cut each potatoes into
half. Spoon in the filling and wrap them in aluminium foil.
-Mix the potatoes filling (isi kentang) well with fresh milk, butter and cheese.
-Spoon both the filling and potatoes filling into the prepared potatoes.
-Preheat the oven to 180c. Sprinkle the cheese all over with oregano leaves.

Wallah, ready for breakfast!
