Potato Pancake

Alloha! Hi, it's a slow weekend and I have all the time for myself. Instead of continuing writing the meeting minutes, I opt for blogging. I asked Faien the recipe of potato pancake after discovered her Whatsapp story. Here comes the recipe with a bit of alteration:

(Recipe for two)

1. 3 potatoes (grind finely)

2. 1 egg

3. A pinch of salt, pepper, oregano

4. A slice of cheese

Mix everything well and fry in a pan until crispy. You can get about six pieces of pancake using this recipe.
